Write a new entry

The Publish button commits HTML directly to your-username/your-repo via the GitHub Contents API. You need a fine-grained Personal Access Token with Contents: Read & write scope, restricted to that single repo.

How to create the token: GitHub → Settings → Developer settings → Personal access tokens → Fine-grained tokens → Generate. Resource owner: your-github-username. Repository access: only select repositories → your-repo. Permissions → Repository → Contents: Read and write. Save the token (you only see it once) and paste it above.
