Before drawings, the sit. With the client, the land, the wind. A long, slow brief.
One sentence about feeling. The brief is what every later decision measures itself against.
Materials whose origin we have stood inside. Within a 200 km radius of the site, by default.
Drawn from the held core out. Read through three lenses: person, lifecycle, land.
By hand, on site, in time. Slowness is the point. Materials cure in place.
Seasonal returns for five years. The post-occupancy report becomes the next brief.
